Jeffrey C. Dollarhide, CFP®, CLU is the CEO and Managing Partner of The Dollarhide Financial Group, LLC and General Agent of MassMutual’s Arizona Agency. Appointed General Agent of the Arizona Agency in November 2000, Jeff was the youngest General Agent in MassMutual company history at that time. Jeff is an active member of the General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA), Financial Planning Association, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is a qualifying member of The Million Dollar Round Table (1999, 2000, 2001) and Court of the Table (2001).
Jeff is committed to building an exceptional financial services operation in Arizona. Jeff plans to continue his executive involvement with Arizona State University; especially it’s W.P. Carey School of Business, where he annually awards scholarships. Jeff believes that taking on an active advisory role with local college students interested in financial planning as a career, will continue to be of significant benefit to the young entrepreneurs of the future.
It is also his belief that community involvement plays an important role in the growth and development of a successful organization. He has contributed to community organizations that include the Phoenix Symphony, Bikes 4 Kids, the St. Mary’s Food Bank, and Arizona State University’s Athletics Department.
Jeff is happily married to his wife Anne, and they have two daughters, Hannah and Lucee. He enjoys playing golf and baseball on a regular basis and also competes in various marathons throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California.

Todd Deffenbaugh’s journey in business includes over 20 years in the business community. In addition to Todd’s association with The Dollarhide Financial Group, LLC/MassMutual, Todd’s history in business includes relationships with USAA investment Management Company, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.(Schwab Institutional), Banc One Securities, Honeywell Home and Building Control, Presbyterian Church, USA, Church of the Brethren, Zucco Enterprises, and others. In addition, Todd has also owned his own successful small business as well. Todd holds multiple advanced brokerage licenses (FINRA Registrations Series 7, 24, 63, 9, 10, 53, & 65), as well as Arizona Life, Health and Variable License. Yolanda Estrada is a native of Arizona and began her Financial Services career in 1991. Her practice specializes in business and estate planning. She is an active member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) and several other local business/networking associations. She dedicates her time to serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). Yolanda has received numerous awards for her community service. She is passionately involved in the community by serving on the Board of Directors for Future for Kids, and regularly volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House, Florence Crittenton, and Junior Achievement. Don was born in Iowa and spent the grade school years in Minnesota. Don’s family moved to San Diego where he finished high school and graduated from San Diego State University. Don spent four years in the Marine Corps and then became a mechanical engineer in the oil and gas business. Don joined the insurance industry in 1984 with Lutheran Brotherhood. As an agent Don achieved MDRT for all of his four years as an agent. He moved to Agency Management in 1989 and was a General Agent for thirteen years. Don achieved numerous industry and company awards during that time. Don has a wife Barbara, a son, Davin, and daughters Megan and Dayna. Don also has four grandchildren. Jesus A. Jaramillo, LUTCF started his career in the financial services industry in 2005. Ryan Klose has been in the financial services industry for 15 years. Ryan is an alumnus of Arizona State University 1994, with a BS in Finance. He manages client assets for wealth creation, wealth protection and wealth distribution for over 250 families throughout the country. Along with managing his current clients, he is also responsible for overseeing the investment division for over 80 associates at the Dollarhide Financial Group. Prior to joining the Dollarhide Financial Group, Ryan was a Senior Vice President of Investments at AIG Financial Group, and Vice President of Investments at Piper Jaffray, where he was recognized as one of “Arizona’s Premier Financial Advisors” in 2004 and 2005. Ryan specializes in portfolio construction, retirement planning, college funding and asset protection. His investment philosophy is based on strict asset allocation to reduce risk, and maximize probability of achieving his clients’ financial goals. He believes financial planning is a process, not an event. Dave entered the financial services industry in 1977. He came into this business from the field of education where he was a teacher, department head and high school principal. During his time in personal sales production, Dave won numerous company and industry awards. His experience since has focused on the career development of agents and sales management. He has held positions in sales management and sales training at both the agency and regional level. He has been an LUTC course moderator and is a certified continuing education instructor. Jim has been in the life insurance business since 1974. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics. Jim opened his business in Louisiana and had his own private practice for 25 years. During that time, Jim was a frequent qualifier for the Million-Dollar Round Table.
Jim’s practice has placed a strong emphasis on business insurance and estate planning. He has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, as well as a member of the Estate Planning Council.
Jim moved to New Mexico in 1996 and has state responsibility for Brokerage and Strategic Alliance Management for MassMutual. Jim works with a few select brokers in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, as well as the balance of the state. He works with their clients primarily in the field of Estate Planning and Business Insurance Planning.

Robert J. Smith, CLTC joined the financial services industry in 2000 and is a Vice President of The Dollarhide Financial Group LLC, MassMutual Robert is an active member of The Society of Financial Services Professionals and is a qualifying member of The Million Dollar Round Table. Robert is one of three Special Care Planners in the state of Arizona. He helps families that care for individuals with special needs create peace of mind and allows them to concentrate on living. He does this by using the Person Centered Life Care Planning Process that keeps the person with a disability or other special need as the primary focus, and develops a Life Care Plan (a coordinated program of social, medical, financial and legal strategies for people with disabilities and their families) that helps enable that person to obtain the best quality of life possible. Robert was born and raised in Southern California, where he continued his education at Pepperdine University before transferring to Arizona State University to complete his degree in Business Communications.
